Objective
For new space, one of the most critical components are MOSFETs and its associated SEE performances. The technology Trenchfet seems to be good enough and better in some cases to previous technologies but there are only few data from NASA. The idea would consist in investigate the new MOSFET technologies, select candidates (for example on IV generation from Vishay) and perform a general assessment and SEE characterization.
